How can relationship marketing change the perception of customers

How relationship marketing can change the perception of customers By Richard Fani When I was in High School doing my A-Level studies our Divinity teacher got pregnant and was sent off to a maternity leave for 6months. In no time we were given a temporary teacher to help us with our studies as we continue. The teacher we got was a very good teacher probably better than the one which we had before, however on the very first day that she came to attend class she failed one thing that made nearly all the students hate her. The teacher failed to create a more personal relationship with the students which could have helped her understand the students better; where they are coming from, where they are and where they are going. The result was very fatal both to the teacher’s career and the studies of the students. Students began to be hostile to the teacher and grew an attitude with the subject. The Young Brave Girl

The Young Brave Girl I saw resistance to be bullied by an older guy in the eyes of this young girl from Nharira Primary School in Mbare. She stood there like she was ready to hit the guy with everything she had, or maybe she really would have.   I believe what scared the guy the most was the fearlessness in the eyes, voice tone, and body language of this young girl. There are various reasons which are causing businesses to fail in the modern day Zimbabwe. These reasons include the economic instability of the country, lack of creativity and innovation, the failure to establish real brand equity, copycats among many others. Although some of the causes of failure in business may be avoided, there are some which are beyond the business owner’s control. Entrepreneurs are lacking the ability to adapt to the changes of the times. There is continuous upgrading of technology every day, old systems are being replaced by new ones. It is very essential that entrepreneurs should hire people who can help in identifying and educate them about the importance of technology. Econet Zimbabwe provides a level of creativity and adaptability that I absolutely salute. This always gives the company an upper hand against co...
